Some of you may not know this, but I am a knitter. Not the kind that can make hats or gloves or sweaters - well, really, all I can make is scarves. I made several last year as Christmas gifts, and gave them to a few of my girlfriends...actually, more of my friends would have gotten them for Christmas, but I couldn't knit any faster.

I just started a new one and for the first time am combining "fun fur" with the wool. I have a friend with MS who recently had to go into a nursing home, so I'm hoping that this will brighten up her day just a little bit....
